Focus One Design is pleased to offer a system to accept all Invoices & Payments in a Simple, Easy & Convenient way, directly without leaving your computer or mobile device.
Mobile & Fully Responsive – Online Invoicing and payment options are available ~ Send payments from your Mobile device and/or desktop computer. Payments from your end can be sent immediately, and depending on the payment method you choose, may be processed by Focus One Design almost automatically.
A NEW system is in place (update: Online Invoicing & Payments will be generated within Focus One Design ~ Please watch for further info).
Each Invoice payee has a secured and private section ~ your ‘secure account’ to view an Invoice, and make payments. Online payment options include Pay Pal, Credit Cards, Direct Bank account payments, and/or cheque. Payment options can be selected from your account area, where you can view an Invoice, make or select a payment option, Print invoices out, and view a history of previous invoices starting from September 2012.
Focus One Design is very excited to bring these options to you, and is in the process of setting everyone up with their own ‘private area’ – to view all invoices from Focus One Design. Invoices as well, will be sent via e-mail. Focus One Design asks that you please use this wonderful system.
Once payment is due, an email will be sent. All you need to do is log into your ‘private account area’, view the invoice and make payment. You will then receive a Paid in Full Invoice indicating payment has been made, or if paying by cheque (Payment is in process).
A private user id and password is generated which provides access to this system, and Focus One Design is currently working to ensure each payee has access to this wonderful system. This is the site for the future. Once you enter in your details, you can view all aspects of online invoicing online.
All Invoices can be sent via email, as well as Viewed online – Direct within your own “private & secured area” where you can view your Invoice # and further details of your order. From this page you can print the Invoice out (keep a paper copy) and click on “Pay” button to send funds securely to Focus One Design.
